KONECorporation, a global leader in the elevator and escalatorindustry, has won an order to deliver 25 elevators to the AddressHarbour Point, a high-end dual tower development in Dubai, UnitedArab Emirates. The towers are part of The Dubai Creek HarbourCommunity and will host serviced residences and a five star hotel.The Community is expected to house up to 200,000 residents.
Located in the Northern cape of Creek Island Dubai, Address HarbourPoint is in close proximity to Dubai's Creek Marina and downtownDubai. The towers are 212m and 255m in height, and the residentswill have direct views to the Dubai Creek Tower observation towerthat is currently being built.
For smooth and safe flow of residents and guests, KONE willdeliver 11 KONE 3000S MonoSpace® elevators and 14 KONE MiniSpace™elevators. Additionally, the building will be equipped with KONEE-Link™, a facility management tool designed to secure the bestpossible tenant service quality in the building.
