With the new KONE Mobileapp, facility managers and building owners can receive equipmentservice updates for the full maintenance process on theirsmartphones. The KONE Mobile app is also designed for two-waycommunication. Customers can make a service request using the appand get in touch with a KONE representative with a single tap.
One of the key benefits is the servicetransparency it provides, allowing customers to receive a real-timenotification when the service technician arrives on site and whenthe work is completed. "KONE Mobile makes it easier for ourcustomers to be better informed, thereby enabling them to providebetter service to their tenants," says Hugues Delval, Senior VicePresident of Maintenance at KONE. "We're putting the informationgenerated by our service technicians in their field mobility app inthe hands of our customers. The KONE Mobile app complements the internet-basedKONE Care® Online service and together they providemaintenance customers with a full overview of their equipment. KONECare® Online provides customers with historical data on serviceresponse and equipment performance. They can check maintenance dataand schedules, and review equipment performance over time forbetter planning. The ability to compare costs and performanceenables easier identification of equipment that may benefit frommodernization or adjustments to the current maintenance schedule,and provides critical data for future budgeting. With the help ofthe KONE Mobile app, building managers can keep up to date withtheir equipment performance with greater flexibility.
KONE Mobile app is available for customers withApple® and Android(TM) smartphone devices in 21 countries in Europeand North America as well as Australia and New Zealand.
